The handheld computer stores the results of all surveys.

To build an output file which allows you to transfer these results to another computer please follow these instructions:

Turn on the handheld:

This brings you to:

This screen gives you 3 options:

1. Start Advanced

2. Start Simple

3. Close Program

Press the “Start Advanced" or "Start Simple" button

This brings you to:

   (Advanced Mode)

or

    (Simple Mode)

Press the “Work with Stored Data" button

This brings you to:

This menu gives you four options:

1. View Previous Data

2. Build Output File

3. Administrative Options

4. Back

Press the “Build Output File” button

This brings you to:

This screen allows you to build a “comma separated format” file to upload the survey results to another computer. You also have the option of deleting all data stored on the handheld after the file has been created. For your protection you must have an Administrator Password to do this action.  

Pressing the “Back” button returns you to the Work with Stored Data Menu

Press the “Create” button

Each handheld has a memory card with all the software required to program and operate the e-SYNC. This SD card used with a card reader, can be plugged into any computer with a USB plug.

Press the “OK” button

This brings you to:

Press the "Back" button again:

This will return you to:

   (Advanced Mode)

or

    (Simple Mode)
