The handheld computer stores the results of all surveys.

To view the data from previous surveys, follow these instructions:

Turn on the handheld:

This brings you to:

This screen gives you 3 options:

1. Start Advanced

2. Start Simple

3. Close Program

Press the “Start Advanced" or "Start Simple" button

This brings you to:

   (Advanced Mode)

or

    (Simple Mode)

Press the “Work with Stored Data" button

This brings you to:

This menu gives you four options:

1. View Previous Data

2. Build Output File

3. Administrative Options

4. Back

Press the “View Previous Data” button

This brings you to:

Screen 17 – Previous Data

This screen shows a summary of all the surveys that are stored in the handheld.

By pressing the “+” and “-” buttons you can move through the stored records.

Pressing the "Back" button will return you to the Work with Stored Data Menu Screen 16

Press the “Back ” button

This brings you to:

Screen 16 – Work with Stored Data Menu  

This menu gives you four options:

2. Build Output File

4. Back

Press the "Back" button again:

This will return you to:

   (Advanced Mode)

or

    (Simple Mode)

Pressing the "Back" button one last time:
